Not able to receive emails

Hi,

I have registered an email in the format of admin@domainname.com in vistapanel. However, I am only able to send emails but not receive mails from others. I have updated the MXRecord but still the problem persists.

Please help meresolve the issue.

    Use the support system to contact. However, it is recommended to wait for some hours after setting the mx records.

    I wait from last 2 days but don't receive any email at webmail inbox

    Hi there, are you using CloudFlare from the panel integration?
    Because if so, it breaks the incoming emails.
