Webmail is not receive mail

Hello Everyone, I have a problem with Webmail. when I create a email from cPanel, I send a text to another email and successfully. But when I use another email to send mail to my domain mail then the Webmail is not receive the mail from there. So what wrong is it? And how I fix it? My domain is vytiengaming.ga
