    You don't need to open this! It is a PHP extension that is already enabled?

    Hi I've set up a script and allow_url_fopen
    Note I have Enabled typed in front of me.

    Probably that script which checkes functions is wrong.

    I have run into a same issue before, it is normally caused because script makers check if allow_url_fopen is set to On, while on our servers it is on, lowercase.

    Contact the person from who you bought it at Envato or wherever else and tell him about this issue, maybe he can tell you what to do to bypass this.
