I answered on your previous thread about the HTML file. You can keep it if you want.

Please follow this guide: https://profreehost.com/forum/discussion/639/read-me and post your domain so that we can help you.

What is the error you get when you try to install a plugin? Could you post a screenshot?

This sounds like a Wordpress configuration error rather than a issue with hosting. Have you tried re-installing WP? Did you install it manually, or via softaculous?

    A: softaculous

Post your domain so members can give you some help. Everyone is just guessing at it now.

Your website gives HTTP Error 500. You could try to debug the error by enabling Error Pages from cPanel or re-install WordPress.

Just delete "index2.html" from your htdocs directory. You can do this with the online file manager or via FTP.

Try re-installing WP in the desired directory with Softaculous. If this doesn't work, try installing it manually with the installation files provided at http://wordpress.org.
