Unable to Delete Few Files

I have deleted an addon Domain and corresponding email address. But then I see under File Manger, directory of deleted addon domain is still there. I deleted the folder and it deleted all files in it except a folder htdocs and it is empty. But when I try to delete the main addon domain directory again , I get following message:

So then I open the htdocs folder but it is empty, and there is not to delete.

So what should I do? How can I remove the addon domain folder completely?

You can't remove it completely. Since it is empty, it should not bother you.
