want to upgrade my account

my account is suspended for crossing the daily limits.now i want to upgrade but can't access the control panel where i saw a button to upgrade and so my free hosting account will be migrated to premium hosting.how i can access to my control panel now and is there any other premium hosting sites other than ifastnet?

    @badbot Thanks for your reply but i meant the premium hosting where my free hosting from profreehost will be migrated automatically.

    I believe you can ask @Admin to migrate your data from old hosting to new one when your purchase it, if you want the other hosting you can find it on the "Upgrade Plans" section of cPanel.
