How to get the IP address assigned by Profreehost?

I registered the TK domain name on freenom, but I don't know how to use it.
How to associate TK domain name with Profreehost?
I am a newbie, I hope to get a graphics tutorial, some text tutorials can not understand.

    I do not think .tk domains will work!

    Your IP will be the same as:
    ikooo.unaux.com => 185.27.134.137

    Sorry we do not support hosting .tk domains on free hosting.
