Upgrade not showing

I recently upgraded my membership so I can get access to the email functionality but it still states I have a basic account, I was wondering if anyone else has still got the same problem?

    Hello,

    If you upgraded your account means that profreehost no longer hosts it and it's transferred to iFastNet (provided of this free service).
