Delete domain !IMPORTANT

Since many IP addresses are down since more than two weeks. Is there a way where I can use my backup files with new/ same domain?

This is taking too long and I can't wait more, please help if yo got something.

    If you are using a subdomain, then you can download the files and put them on your new account

    If you are using a custom domain, do this:
    First, go onto the domain you want to remove.
    Login to the cPanel.
    Then, go to 'Addon Domains'
    When you are there, click on 'Delete'
    Now that it's deleted, you have to go to your Client Area
    In your client area, click on the domain you are removing..
    Click 'Close'
    Tick the box, and then click 'Close Account'

    Now you are ready to use that domain on another hosting
