Account Suspended

Profreehost has suspended our account due to some suspicious activity on the account. We have not done any such activity and only done things as per the tutorial videos. As per the discussion forum on the website we have emailed the @admin at conatct@profreehost.com several times have not got any reply from them nor have they restored the account. Now due to this the website is down. Please help.

    I can log into my account but there is a error page on the manage page with the following notice “ This account is suspended probably because of some prohibited activity. Send us a support ticket to get more information. ”

    I cannot log into the cPanel that option has been disabled for my account.

    Also I have received a email saying that the account has been suspended.

    Pls check.

    you CAN

    go to https://cpanel.ezyro.com
    in the username box, put your FTP username
    in the password box, put your FTP password
    then login, and once logged in click 'Create New Ticket'
    THEN ask there :smile:
