Please help me get my sites back online!No answer with my ticket support...

I had created two sites using the free version of ProFreeHost and WordPress, unlimitedchances.unaux.com and premiumeffects.ezyro.com, whenever I am trying to access these i get the "there has been a critical error on your website" and "error establishing a database connection".

I tried to correct these errors my self, but I need access to the public_html file.

However I couldn't, either way ,I thaught that if I overcharged my sites with content it is impossible to log in and remove any content.Please, if you can please help me correct the problem in any way that could help me retrive access to these sites.
