After installing Really Simple SSL, I can't access wp-admin. Error shows SLL then changed then changed to HTTP ERROR 500.

I've tried to change file name of active_plugins folder do disable it. and I think I may have deleted .htaccess file. After that the error change from SSL ERROR to HTTP ERROR 500. I went back and created .htaccess and I tried all these codes, in this page "https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/", none worked.

I also tried to change the active_plugins name back. Still shows the same error. Then I deleted Really Simple SSL files within the plug-in folder assuming it's the one causing the issue. Nothing changed.

Last thing I tried, I downloaded the latest Wordpress files and uploaded the files wp-Admin, and wp-includes. via FileZilla....

AND it still shows This page isn’t working ... is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500..

Please help I'm still unable to access my wp-admin.
