Suspended site can't post ticket

Hello.
One of my sites got suspended but there's no way to send a ticket because the Control Panel is disabled already. Can I use my other site's Control Panel to file a ticket for the other site?

    yep, been here long enough as you but I haven't had this problem before and I haven't asked help here at this domain to restore my site. I only ask here general questions. before, whenever there is a problem with my sites, I can easily file a ticket using its Control Panel and I don't go to this forum. hope that's clear with you.

    thanks but I think it will do no good. they detected a chat script on my site which I didn't even installed. I don't run chat on my sites but I do have ads running and I have 4 from different ad services. I think that causes the problem. it's very unfortunate because I don't have control over those ads. it's a waste because the site is performing very well.
