Can't access my account?

Hello, I can not access my account, it now says that when go on to reset the password, my account does not exist in the database.

My email is josephruss99@gmail.com

    Your account is working fine here. Please specify if you are able to access cpanel?

    The password reset came through and I can now access :)
    Strange what happened though

    Yes strange. Can you replicate the error you received as it was? Any chance you were logged into another account prior to accessing the password reset page?
