Certificate Incomplete

Hey there!

My name is David and I wanted to contact the support today to talk about an issue I'm currently facing.
I have purchased an SSL for my domain but when attempting to add the .ca-bundle to my certificate I am displayed with this message, 583e0ab21776c.png
I am not sure if this is a requirement for me to purchase your more advanced packages but if possible could you please get back to me on this issue and also possibly provide me with a contact email? As if this needs to be further put on I'd rather give you guys my certificate via a secure place that's not accessible by non-administrative personal.

Your's with my greatest pleasure,

David Jones (https://www.beastfox.com)

    Hello David,

It means what it says; if it's a pem format, it is not supported on our free hosting.

Anyways, you can contact support at contact@profreehost.com

    Well,

That's a shame but it is understandably put in place.
I'll keep on looking for a SSL supporting website!
    Thank you for your time!

Which type of security format do you accept?

    PKC7 works?
