    how to view control panel and open support ticket? i don't see that..

    If you are unable to access your control panel at all, send us an email at contact[at]profreehost[dot]com

    once your site is suspended, opening a support ticket is no longer possible. you need to have another working site to open a ticket and ask why the other site got suspended. the other way is to send them an email provided in the previous post by Admin.
