fail to create a new website

Hi,
I'm new and just registered to Free Host.
In client area trying to create a new website but wont progress.
After selecting custom domain and entering my domain name,
Getting error:
"the api key or api username entered is not valid".

Can anyone explain why I'm getting this?

    Hi,
    I did get an email to activate my account.
    No problem loging in and out.
