softaculous Random domain problem

sorry i am new to this in softaculous there is a random domain coming something like iuyiudysd.com . the domain which i create like ok.unaux.com is not in the list.
please help any feedback .

    Can you give a screenshot and the exact domain so that we can help you?

    It might be because of this or i tried to close my account and reactive it .

    problem is even if i create a new account it shows the same random domain.

    I got reply from the team responsible for fixing this, and they said:

    There is a known issue with Softaculous that our development team should have fixed already today, apologies for the inconvenience.

    We are working on it now.

    Another problem is there now my webiste orakura.unaux.com has is redirecting to a spam site. @badbot any help ?

    It doesn't seem like the website is added to an account, or if it is added, it could be not ready due to DNS propagation, which is not our issue and might take 48 hours to resolve on a PC.

    Also about Softaculous, Admin said it might take 24-48 hours, so please be patient.

    Thanks for the reply baddot. i deactivated the account in order to keep the website down. but the spam thing still happened so i reactivated the domain orakura. i have access to the control panel but i cannot install Wp using softaluous. :/ weird should i just deactivate the website ?
