Cannot create new folder or upload file

My account cannot create new folder. It's showing error message: "550 Can't create directory: Disk quota exceeded".
I cannot upload file too, all file have size = 0.

I read the article about Inode, and my account just used 1% of Inodes. Please see my screenshot:

Could you please check what happen with my account? How can I upload more files?

    The screenshot is not showing from here. In case you had reached 100% it might take some time to work.

    As badbot stated, without posting your domain we cannot assist you.

    My question is why I can not create directory? While I just used 1% of Inode and disk space is unlimited.

    x4lnzc.ezyro.com is suspended, so no access to nhacgdpt.ezyro.com.

    (1)Look in your gmail spam you should have got an email with details of suspension.
    (2)Use the control panel ticket system. Open a ticket.

    The main domain always redirects to suspendeddomain.org, even when it is not suspended. It is just useless and is the result of a domain created with the API.

    I doubt that you only have 1% of INODES: http://nhacgdpt.ezyro.com/nhacgdpt_youtube/

    I have no idea how in the world you managed to bypass the 10MB file size limit but if you want to have more space, you should start deleting some of these big files.
