Cannot Create any Directory in my domain directory, how can I upload SSL? Not creating .well known directory.

    You should not need to create that directory, it will not work anyway.

    Check the guides here, they will help you get a free LE certificate and install it.

    If you have a Freenom domain, it is better to follow this guide.

    If I transfer my domain to cloudeflare will it charge or free?

    Free of charge. To change it, your website must be a TOP LEVEL domain. To change it, go to your domain name registrar, and change the DNS Server to redirect to cloudflare. (DNS server information will be provided by CloudFlare.)
