Can't login to Cpanel

Hey,

I created the domain name g2a1.ezyro.com, but I cannot login to Cpanel. When I go to the Client Area and click on manage it, and then to Cpanel, I am redirected to Cpanel, but then I get this message: We are unable to log you in with the information you provided. Please check your username and password and try again.

What should I do?

    @Admin Can you reset my Cpanel password so that I can log in again?

    Try to change your password for your hosting account and then try again

    I changed the password of my Profreehost account, only I still get the message (we cannot log you in with the information you provided. Please check your username and password and try again.) When I log in to CPanel.

    Then you also have the option if you have forgotten your password. When I click on that, I get to a screen where I have to enter my username and password. I enter the username that is located in the Client Area on this domain, and I enter my email address from my email address, only then I get nothing (not even in spam)
