Account stuck at creating

I tried creating an account yesterday and it is still showing status as 'Creating' which is why there is no 'Manage' section accessible for me. On the other hand, If i try to visit my page , it shows website is active and I also cannot register myself with other hosting due to this as it shows (your domain is already in use on unaux.com )
How do I get past this 'Creating' status and delete my account ?

    Same issue. I have even changed nameservers from my domain provider it is still saying your domain in already use and i can't remove my domain from this site. What could be the possible solution?

    SAME ISSUE, I JUST PURCHASED A DOMAIN NEW NAME T,HIS IS MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH PROFREEHOST
