530 error on FTP
I am trying to upload for the first time. I am using FileZilla as my ftp. I type in ftp.ezyro.com as the host plus my username & password. I press QuickConnect & get the following message (I put stars to conceal my username):
TLS connection established.
Command: USER ezyro_********
Response: 331 User ezyro_******** OK. Password required
Command: PASS ************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
I know I am entering my password correctly because I copied and pasted from my client area to FileZilla. Why won't it connect?
