Installation of Astra WordPress plugin does not work

Hello guys,

I've been trying to install an Astra WordPress plugin 2 days now, after clicking on "import site" I just get the button with "installing" on it, the arrow symbol circles for ages without to install anything.

I deleted WordPress and the plugin and reinstall them, it brought no success.
I hope someone can help.
