Cloudflare error

when i tried to enable cloudflare on my domain, it said "CLOUDFLARE ERROR : No user_key."
then what should i do??

    Hello,

    Cloudflare is only available for custom domain names. You will get the above error if you try to reactivate it on subdomain.
