    Unable to create SSL certificate, the website prompts me below
    FTP connection Error: FTP Type, Host, or Port is incorrect or your server/firewall is misconfigured. Contact your host, admin, or developer for help with the correct values or proper configuration of server/firewall. Otherwise try using manual verification instead.

      I can't make any changes on FTP, it prompts me, I don't have permission to do this.

      If you have server-related issue. You should contact via email to support with your username. Because no one can check that for you here.

      If you already emailed, then you will get response.

      I don't think it has an English version because it is mainly for mainland China. As far as I know, there are only installation packages for Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
