Account Suspended, why?

Yesterday I registered a website is today after testing a script to send photos of PHP I received a written warning "Your account is suspended this could be due to limits of your hosting plan or for abuse.", But I just used the script to send a picture to the server, why the suspension?

So does that mean your domain is randusapi.com as toplevel?

  • Yeah, why?

  • Upon visiting the toplevel domain I get the following message:

The Site has been disabled for violating Article 13

I have nothing to put in the domain for now, this is hosted on my local server and it is a joke with Article 13

  • @badbot, can you help with this please?

  • @TheCrafters

    randusapi.com is accessible via http

    assets.randusapi.com is in suspension!

So user created a new HOSTING account under his client account with a free sub domain from his domain. That means he still has access to his client account.

We do not know what really happened.

This is all we can do for him:

  • @badbot randusapi.com is on my own server
only assets.randusapi.com is hosted on ProFreeHost

all my domains on ProFreeHost is on my account (2 domains)
and the 2 domains have been suspended at the same time

    1) assets.randusapi.com
    2) revall.unaux.com

  • If randusapi.com is not in the PFH main account there is no way for assets.randusapi.com to be registered as a sub domain on profreehost. You may have used cloudflare dns to redirect/fwd the sub to revall.unaux.com.

    cloudflare IP -> 104.18.63.101

What ever way you have it, support will only be provided for the PFH sub revall.unaux.com. Only by the support ticket.
