Account Suspended

I tried open ticket,and also tried send email to contact@profreehost.com,but both no response even 3day passed, My account unaux_24070703 has been automatically suspended, I dont
know what going wrong, please let me know then I wont do it again, and
please reactive unaux_24070703 if possible, thank you for you help.

    We cannot reactivate accounts from the forum due to privacy reasons.
