Domain juniorsample.ml

Problem1: Can't seem to access cpanel via firefox (works on chrome)

Problem2: Installing opencart via Softaculous Apps Installer doesn't seem to work juniorsample.ml/opencart/.

Problem3: Wanted to try installing opencart manually through the Online File Manager but got an error
Could not read line from socket

Problem4: Installed filezilla still couldn't connect to ftp.

Log from filezilla:
