How to find txt setup

Hi , I have bought my domain & email from some other web. So now when I started to set up my email there it says I should login to my current DNS Host & change txt record, MX, CNAME record, SRV record.. Please help me find these details in my account as I cant get these information to set up the changes ..

    MX, SPF and CNAME records are the only ones supported in the free hosting system, the first two can be found in the "Email" section of the panel and the third one is in the "advanced" section. To use other records, like TXT and SRV, you will need an external DNS service like Cloudflare.
