FTP Login Error

Hello, I hope all is well.

I have just created an account, and I can't seem to use the FTP??

Status: Resolving address of ftpupload.net
Status: Connecting to 185.27.134.11:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Initializing TLS...
Status: Verifying certificate...
Status: TLS connection established.
Command: USER unaux_26651521
Response: 331 User unaux_26651521 OK. Password required
Command: PASS **************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Please can somebody assist me, as I need to upload our site..
