How can I change the email address to LOGIN on the page https://profreehost.com/ ??

After login on the page https://profreehost.com/, I click on the gear icon and 3 options appears:
Manage Accounts
Profile
Logout
So, I click on "Profile" option and on the new page has a email field but it is disable to be changed.
How can I change this emai address that is used to LOGIN on the page https://profreehost.com/ ??
