This site can’t be reached

Hello! Does anyone who had the same problem or experience that says "This site can't be reached" and the error message is "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN". I open my website and also the control panel, it shows the same error. I manage to troubleshoot it twice at least there is a chance to be fix, so I manually clear some cache and try to use config in the command prompt. but still no good result. I hope somebody can help me or explain what happen? Thanks :disappointed:
