E-mail addresses creations.

Hello,

Can we create forwarding e-mails addresses like the following.

Ex. : first.second@mywebsitedomainsomewhere.com

Is the "." allowed in creating addresses in the first part before the "@?, i've seen some other places that only the -" was allowed and some others places that none caracters were allowed.

So, i am asking before changing stuff around my sites before i put them back online.
