403 Forbidden error when trying to access error log

I have a website and when it was installing it got a 502 bad gateway error (but still installed) so I wanted to go check the error logs and when I go there and click 'download' it says this:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /panel/modules-new/errorlogview/index-content.php on this server.

Please help. I want to see the error logs..
