What's with all the sudden suspenions?

What is with all the recent suspensions? Looking at the forum it seems to be a heavy issue however no one seems to be getting a answer from Admin, including me. I know it's a free service and it is full in the TOS of PFH to do so, just seems weird a lot of people are getting there sites suspended and Admin is not responding, including to tickets.

    @Admin has not been active since May 6th...
    And does it say that your account is suspended? Or does it say active?

    If active, then your site's IP is down because iFastNet is doing maintenance on it (or your server)
    If it says suspended, then IDK... maybe glitch @TyTT

    It said suspended and when I opened a ticket it got stuck on "NEW" before the site vanished from my "Client Area"
