Hi, I could really use your help. My account was been suspended and though I was told the website is back live; the account is still in a status of "suspended" so Im unable to manage files. I recieved an email from noreply@ifastnet.com stating the account was suspended by mistake "and had been rectified". Im not sure what to do but I know my files will be automatically deleted after 30days by the system if this is not corrected. Where I once could submit a ticket is not there anymore.
