softaculous error | ERROR LOADING DATAChild failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel.

When i try to open softaculous app installer i get this error: ERROR LOADING DATAChild failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel.
But my site is working fine

I hope anyone can help me.

    @badbot I am hosting on profreehost and i have no antivirus
    i access cpanel using the client area and i refreshed the page and still showed the same error
    i logged out: still the same error
    i am using chrome
