Website Suspended

Hey there, I have a crypto faucet that I host using this service, it has been running with no problems for the past few weeks. I just logged in to check my config files today for my database pw and the next thing I know the website was suspended. Can anyone help me?

Did you manage to solve this issue? My account is suspended since a few, days, I got no reply from the service contact e-mail.
