Get no response account suspended?
I looked at the rules when a account is suspended and messaged contact@profreehost.com two times a few days apart with no response whatsoever. I need help with this? I had a woocommerce store selling pet products.

My account was suspended one week ago. I sent several messages to contact@profreehost.com, and I got no reply so far. I think I will just move to a different provider.
