jet pack error 500 status code for "POST /sites/213460621/publicize-connections/new"

hello, i want to ask you why my xmlrpc.php is not working. i want to connect my social apps with jetpack but it not working showing this error 500 status code for "POST /sites/213460621/publicize-connections/new" when i check my xmlrpc.php by adding after to my website link by it didn't open. please fix it.

    I use all the methods that are available online in the community but it couldn't help
