Can't Access The Admin Panel

Hello there i am facing an issue.
I installed the plugin really simple ssl and just clicked ok without configuring it. After that i can't access the admin panel. I tried to delete the files related to it from database still facing this error ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
I am not a developer !
kindly help me out!
