Inactive accounts blocked (and stuck forever)

Hi All,

I know that creating web-sites without activity is against the policy. But I tried to reactivate all my blocked sites using "Client area" and it always fails on unknown error. Since there is no access for control panel, I can't remove those accounts. So, those sites remain in my "Client area" forever in "Closed" state. Is it possible to reset/erase them?

For admins: the account names are "ezyro_31296565", "ezyro_30772609" and "unaux_29919723".
