Subject: Urgent: Unjustified Account Suspension & Data Access Request
Your REFERENCE : https://support.ifastnet.com/viewticket.php?id=934785
Dear PROFREEHOST, I FASTNET
This morning, after reviewing my website statistics, my account was suddenly suspended with the following message:
"Your account is suspended because it reached the daily CPU/hits limit. It will be reactivated automatically after 24 hours of suspension."
However, my statistics indicate no such issue, and there was no prior warning. This suggests a fault in your system, and I expect an immediate resolution.
Clarify the exact cause of the suspension and provide a breakdown of resource usage.
Restore access to my data immediately to prevent any disruption.
Investigate and resolve any fault in your monitoring system to prevent further unjustified suspensions.
I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Please confirm as soon as possible.

Subject: Urgent: Website Suspension & Data Integrity Issues
Dear Support Team,
I am formally challenging the suspension of my website due to clear discrepancies between the data you provided and my own records.
**Key Issues:
Your data contradicts mine – My own statistics, taken at 06:30:54 AM on March 19, 2025, clearly show my website was under the limit (https://cdn.filestackcontent.com/phl8ABSjQeqmiePRRBTg) with no visitors. Your data ([link]) does not match my recorded stats (https://cdn.filestackcontent.com/tpyT0UohRjyhTyx0EGlh).
No Activity, Yet Suspended – How does a website go from a resting state with no visitors to exceeding resource limits without any external input?
Faulty System or External Attack? – If your data is accurate, then my site is being accessed without my authorization, which requires urgent investigation.
**Immediate Actions Required:
Provide a timestamp for when your statistics were recorded.
Send a detailed breakdown of what triggered the suspension (requests, IP addresses, and timestamps).
**Restore access to my data immediately.
If this is a system error, I expect it to be rectified immediately. If this is due to an external attack, I require logs to take further action. Your current response is inadequate, and I need a resolution now.
Awaiting your urgent response.
Best regards,
D

Subject: Urgent: Website Suspension – Data Discrepancies & Timeline Issues
Dear [Support Team],
I am highlighting critical inconsistencies in your reporting regarding my website suspension.
Timeline Breakdown:
- My own statistics were recorded at 6:30:54 AM (March 19, 2025), showing the website was well within limits.
- Your screenshot was created by Kev Myers at 9:20 AM, a time span of nearly 3 hours after my recorded data.
- The suspension was already reported on your service at 9:03 AM, meaning the website was offline before the data in your screenshot was even taken.
Key Concerns:
- Your data does not account for the fact that my site was offline for most of this period, meaning it could not have been exceeding limits.
- Your control panel provides no timestamp for when the suspension took effect, making it impossible to verify the legitimacy of the claim.
- The suspension occurred between 6:30:54 AM and 9:03 AM, yet your statistics were taken at 9:20 AM—after the site was already down.
Required Actions:
- Clarify exactly when the suspension was triggered.
- Provide a breakdown of traffic logs between 6:30 AM and 9:03 AM.
- Explain why your system is recording hits during a period when my site was offline.
This needs urgent resolution, as the data you provided appears unreliable and does not justify the suspension.
Awaiting your response.
Best regards
