error while installing theme

Hi, i'm new to this forum. I want to install under wordpress a theme.

After uploading a new, i get an error that says "The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini."

Now my question, how to edit php.ini and to what value do i have to set the upload_max_filesize.

    Sorry, you can't change the max file upload size.

    @Kieran
    For the Client Side you cannot change the Max File Size, Softculas and Programs (Such as Wordpress) can do Large File Sizes (ex. 50 mbs)
