cant upload any script on my ftp account

I am new to this site. i want to upload my pbnl site but
each time i upload it, it upload and extract folders, instead of extracting files and folder of my site.

    am using** file zilla** and online file manager on_ control panel_

    i have also tried other script with .zip format and still get the same problem. i tried to upload the .zip, file but it get deleted after _uploading the file_590ba27c7b726.jpg

    i just fixed it by creating new /htdocs directly

    I uploaded and extracted the script.
    After setting my database, it unable to save. I just found out that my account was suspended.. what will i do now?
