    I have a site that is 200MB size but it has 20k small files after I uploaded my files I got my account suspended please fix this issue.

      You need to send the username of your account to support either through ticketing system in control panel or via direct email.

      I can not find a ticket support it say try our forum and thats it

      Our team really needs to update ticketing system so that it works outside the control panel. In your profreehost client area go to "accounts" and then click on gear button in front of the account that is suspended. There you will see "create a new ticket" icon at bottom.
