Could i use an autoresponder plugin on my wordpress website?

I have been thinking about use an autoresponder plugin on my wordpress website but i do not know if it could be possible, if so i would like to know if ProFreeHost impose any specific email sending limits.

P.S.: I already read the terms of service.

Default email function is somewhat restricted. You can only send Signup confirmation emails only. If you want to use autoresponders, you may use some 3rd party email service.
