Can profreehost be used as a app hoster?

I use my site to post articles, upload apps that i create for people whom i know to download and use my site as the server for my app. Does profreehost legally allow this?

    Yes, it should be fine as long you do not violate any Terms of Service.

    But i get this from the site when i try to retrive data:
    This site requires Javascript to work, please enable Javascript in your browser or use a browser with Javascript support

    I know the reasons why it happens, but is there a solution to remove it?
