Am I allowed to use cloudflare?

Hello, I want to ask if I can use cloudflare as my name server. The only thing ProFreeHost need to do is to give me the A record / CNAME record for me. I really want to use cloudflare as my nameserver because I can't get it on ProFreeHosting (exist cloudflare account)

    Once you have added your domain to Profreehost, you can change your nameservers. You can find the IP address of your Profreehost hosting account using google's dig utility and use it to create A record on your registrar.
